What makes this different

Most mental wellness apps are either too clinical to feel human, or too vague to be useful. We tried to build something that's neither.

Adaptive, not formulaic

Your next question is chosen based on your previous answers — like a thoughtful conversation. About 14 questions, never 400. Each one earns its place.

Personalised to you

Your insights and your 28-day programme are built from your actual responses — your strengths, your growth areas, your patterns. Not a one-size template.

Made to be printed

Your workbook is designed for paper, not pixels. Each daily exercise gets its own page with generous lined space to write by hand — the way reflection actually works.

Honest, never hyped

We don't diagnose. We don't promise cures. We give you a clear, kind map of your patterns and tools that have worked for many people. The rest is yours.

How it works

Four simple steps. The whole assessment takes about 5–7 minutes.

01

Answer 14 thoughtful questions

Each one is written to feel like a conversation. Each one is chosen because your previous answers made it the most informative next question to ask.

02

Receive your personalised insights

We map your strengths, growth areas, behavioural patterns, and emotional tendencies — all grounded in your actual responses, never deterministic labels.

03

Get your 28-day programme

Four weeks of small, evidence-based daily exercises — tailored to your profile. About 10 minutes a day. Each one builds on the last.

04

Print your workbook

A 30+ page PDF designed to be printed and used by hand. 28 daily pages, each with lined space to write — your insights and your full programme, on paper.

Made for paper, not pixels

A workbook you actually use.

Most digital wellness tools live and die on your phone, where they compete with everything else. Yours is designed to be printed — one page per day, with real lined space to write by hand.

  • 30+ pages, designed for A4 paper, double-sided printing
  • Each day gets its own page with a clear reflection prompt
  • Generous lined journaling space — sized for actual handwriting
  • Your full personalised insights up front: strengths, growth areas, observations
  • A four-week overview page so you can see the shape of the journey

Your starting point

10 min

Before we begin, let's take a clear, kind look at where you are right now.

  1. 1.Find a quiet 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Write what brought you here.
  3. 3.List three steady areas.
  4. 4.List three areas for change.
  5. 5.End with: 'I'd like to feel ___.'

Grounded in established research

Every question, every exercise, every observation
has a source.

We never invent psychology. Our questions adapt validated instruments (GAD-7, PHQ-9, DASS-21, FFMQ, SCS-SF and others) into a conversational tone. Our exercises come from established CBT, ACT, BA, and MBSR protocols. Our observations are framed as tendencies, not diagnoses.
